Afton Central School’s Adult and Continuing Education program will again sponsor Aqua Zumba classes. Aqua Zumba is an invigorating, low-impact aquatic exercise for out-of-school adults, which gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout. Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a workout that is cardio-conditioning, body toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Only one-piece bathing suits are acceptable.
Classes will be held Wednesdays, May 1, 8, 15, and 22, from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm. The four-week fee of $20.00 is to be paid by check in advance.
The instructor is Amy Schoelier, a certified Zumba instructor.
