The Harpursville/Afton Crimson Hornets battled back in dramatic fashion Wednesday, erupting for 15 runs in the sixth inning to rally past Morris 18-13 in a high-energy junior varsity matchup.

After falling behind early, HA stayed aggressive and never let the game slip away. Morris built momentum in the opening innings, but the Crimson Hornets answered when it mattered most with timely hitting, patience at the plate, and aggressive baserunning.

Bo Bushaw powered the offense with five RBIs, delivering key hits during the game-changing sixth inning. Blake Rowe added three hits, while Andreus Juliussen and Liam Hawkins also contributed multiple-hit performances. The Hornets showed discipline offensively, drawing 11 walks and creating constant pressure by stealing 18 bases.

On the mound, Liem Donahue provided stability in relief, striking out eight hitters over four innings to help HA regain control. Easton Bagg also contributed out of the bullpen during the comeback effort.

The Crimson Hornets finished with 13 hits and turned a difficult start into one of their biggest offensive performances of the season, showing resilience and determination in the comeback victory over Morris.
