Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp 2024 “This is the way.” Hello, Afton Crimson Knights, Afton CSD will offer a strength and conditioning camp for the Afton students who are entering 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th,11th, 12th grades, and the graduating class of 2024. The camp will work on improving areas of strength, speed, agility, and endurance/work capacity, power/explosiveness, functionality, injury prevention, accountability, responsibility, and respect. The camp will start on July 8, 2024, and continue to August 16, 2024, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 11:00 am. This is a closed camp only for students and student athletes; no spectators will be allowed. We understand that there will be summer travel and events that arise therefore we would like the student to commit to a regiment but understand that there will be times that they will not be able to attend. Please keep the Coordinator of Strength and Conditioning, Zach Bahr, informed of dates that you might not be able to attend. We look forward to seeing you. Thank you, Clayton Wilson IWillWeCan
