Members of the varsity baseball team and National Honor Society volunteered time after school to help set up the annual clearance sale for Tabitha’s Closet.

The varsity baseball and softball games for today have been postponed.

Hello, Afton Community! The modified baseball, softball and track teams begin their seasons tomorrow! Baseball and track will be taking the shuttle to Harpursville for practice at 3:15 and ending at 5:00. Softball will be practicing from 2:30 to 4:30 in Afton.

Congratulations to Jackari Garipoli who won the March Madness Cell Phone contest!!

Students had fun during Bring Everything but a Backpack Day! Tyler Sherman brought a wheelbarrow and Josh Stiner brought a spare tire!

JV softball lost 27-8 to Deposit-Hancock. Samantha Miller led the team with 2 walks, 2 runs scored, and a stolen base.

Mr. Hutchinson's Minecraft Guild created towers for their build challenge. Students had 10 minutes to build the best Minecraft tower in Creative mode. Each student made an impressive creation!

Today Afton schools went into a Holding Plan due to a water leak within the building. The water was immediately cleaned up and students were diverted from affected areas. Thank you to the maintenance team for their quick response!

Middle school 6th and 7th grade Agriculture Technology students learned the 4 P's of Marketing and created a product. Students made bees wax lip balm. Nice job, Students!

Agriculture Education hydroponics are still growing nicely in the Ag room. The students planted a variety of plants in the mini hydroponic units such as cilantro, basil, spearmint, tomatoes, rosemary, lettuce, cucumbers, and parsley.
