Harpursville/Afton JV Crimson Hornets fell 11–1 to Oxford-Greene despite briefly tying the game in the third inning. The Crimson Hornets capitalized on a passed ball to make it 1–1, but defensive struggles and multiple errors allowed Oxford-Greene to pull away, including a five-run fourth inning. Andreus Juliussen started on the mound, allowing five runs (two earned) over three innings while striking out three. Offensively, Blake Rowe led the Crimson Hornets with two hits, but the team couldn’t generate enough scoring to keep pace. Oxford-Greene took advantage of walks, aggressive baserunning, and Crimson Hornet errors to build a commanding lead. Harpursville/Afton will look to bounce back in their next game against Deposit-Hancock
