Our field hockey team earned a big win (7-0) against Deposit-Hancock. Makenna Schultz earned three goals and one assist. Vanessa Card earned two goals, Gracie Bagg earned one goal and one assist, Miranda Schultz earned 1 goal, Jessalyn Powell earned 1 assist. Emilie Hopkins had one save. Their current record is (2-1).
Next week, starting Monday September 8th morning swim is beginning. It is held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday that school is in session from 6:00 a.m. to 7:15 a.m. and it is $2 each time. Community Swim is also starting next week. It is held every Tuesday and Thursday that school is in session from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., and it is $1 for students, $2 for adults, and free for kids under four. Afton Central School’s Adult and Continuing Education program will sponsor Water Aerobics classes for out of school adults. Water Aerobics will start on September 16th. It is held on every Tuesday and Thursday that school is in session from 5:15pm-6:15pm, it is $3 per class. We hope everyone can come and enjoy the pool!
