Joey Locke and Paxton LaMonica score 1 goal apiece for the Blackhawks with Calvin Moore collecting 1 assist.

School communication plays a big part in all of this, but it's often not set up to be as simple and easy to access as it could be. To address this issue, we're adding a new feature called Rooms to our district app. Rooms enables you to have two-way parent-teacher conversations and keep up with classroom announcements. Our district app currently offers: • Live feed updates • District and school news • Upcoming events • Breakfast and lunch menus • Push notifications for important and urgent announcements With Rooms, you '11 have access to even more exciting features like:• Two-way messaging with teachers, staff, and coaches • Classroom announcements, reminders about coursework, and materials This means that you don't need another app or tool to keep up with your child's teachers and coursework. Our girls modified soccer team won their first game of the season at Walton yesterday (1-0). Mackenzie Kolb of Harpursville scored the winning goal with five minutes left. Our defense had a strong performance led by Donna Kear and Adleigh Noone. They prevented Walton from taking any shots during the final five minutes to seal the win. The next game is home versus Delhi on Thursday!

September 23, 2025 We are excited to announce that our Afton Central School cafeterias will continue hosting VIP lunch days this year! This year our first very important person lunch will be held on October 2, 2025. On this day, you can come to school and eat lunch with your children. Due to space limitations, we would like to recommend no more than one VIP per student. The menu will include: Honey Chicken Cheddar Croissant, Rice, Veggie and Milk. The lunch schedule is: PreK – 11:00-11:30 Kindergarten – 11:20-11:50 1st - 11:00-11:30 2nd - 11:40-12:10 3rd - 11:10-11:40 4th - 11:30-12:00 5th - 11:45-12:15 12-1-1 – 11:40-12:10 HS – 11:23-11:53 MS – 12:06-12:36 The cost for an adult lunch will be $5.50 per person. *RSVP and PREPAYING is required. You will be asked to sign in at the Middle/High school office or the Elementary school office and we ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your student’s scheduled lunch period. If this cost is a hardship for your family, we still want you to attend! Please email Peggy Wagner (pwagner@aftoncsd.org) or Trevor Beames (tbeames@aftoncsd.org) to let us know and other arrangements will be made. Please return the bottom portion of this form to the school office by September 29, 2025.
